In ancient times it could be called the Nostrano of the OssolA valleys. Awarded the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin in 2017, Ossolano is the 50th Italian PDO cheese, testifying to the excellence of our country in the context of the dairy tradition. Its flavor and aromaticity, which release all the scents of Piedmontese pastures, make it an excellent ingredient for preparing fondue and polenta.
