CANTABRIAN ANCHOVIES LIMITED SERIES - CODESA

Excellent fish product made in Spain, also called “Jamon de mar”. The anchovies are fished exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea in the spring months and immediately selected one by one to be salted in barrels.

Here they remain for nine months, at the end of which they are handcrafted and placed in the characteristic tin box with olive oil.

The Bio Series is aged in organic extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan pink salt.
