ARTICHOKES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - LA CASERA

Harvested at the right level of ripeness, the vegetables are selected, cut into fillets or pieces, blanched or left to macerate in an acidulated solution, and finally put into jars and flavored by prolonged maturation in extra virgin olive oil.
Thus prepared fresh, our pickles retain all their original nutritional content unchanged: the flavour, aroma and taste are reminiscent of pickles prepared at home according to ancient Mediterranean traditions.
